Elgin R. Zeppenfeldt (born 1977); Mr. Zeppenfeldt’s practice is focused primarily on the advising of businesses on the various legal aspects that impact them and litigating on behalf of them. He has advised and represented hotels, time share resorts, shopping malls, telecommunication companies, restaurants, public transportation companies, airlines, retail companies, service providers, construction companies, private schools and nonprofit foundations. He makes it a priority to be available to his clients, either in person, by (mobile) phone or through e-mail.
Mr. Zeppenfeldt was admitted as a lawyer in April 2000, after studying Aruban Law at the University of Aruba. He started his career as a criminal defense attorney, but his practice evolved to include other areas of practice, mostly Labor Law, Administrative Law, General Civil Law litigation and Family Law.
By 2007 he had worked on his last criminal case.
